  • Course #1 "Parenting for Emotional Wellness” The Nine 20-minute video lessons with worksheets and a group discussion guide provide an online masterclass for parents, teachers, and caregivers, providing the tools and skills they need to help children rebound from two+ years of isolation. The underlying causes of stress and anxiety are revealed, with ways to remedy the immediate episodes and prevent future occurrences.
  • Course #2 “How to Avoid The 5 Most Common Mistakes Parents Make with Stressed-Out Children” The one-hour video webinar with worksheets group discussion guide, and a survival guide for parents with stressed-out kids of any age, explaining what to do to improve things, and what not to do that will make things worse.
  • Course #3 “Becoming Calm: The Power of a Less Stressful Life” The one-hour video course with worksheets and a group discussion guide
    provides a deep dive into understanding stress and what stress can do to the body, mind, and spirit. The course offers straightforward, immediate actions a person can take daily to reduce their stress levels, no matter the cause.
